The breakdown:

We are humans. hooomans. hooowomans. People tell me I am a good person. Who wouldn't harm others. Very disciplined. Shut up and marry my daughter material.
But bro, I know my evil side. I've done some terrible things. Like, pushed the door when it said to pull. Sorry no more joking. 
We are all fighting with our angels and demons on our shoulders. It's up to you to chose who's side you're on in some situations.

The halo represents the good.

The devil horns represent the bad.

The two X's represent the individual -> the human being.

In Judaism, Christianity and Islam, these are the so called angels and demons on the shoulder.
